The LaSalle Private Residences - August Newsletter - Correction

Dear Residents,


It is
against LPR Rules to allow items to fall from your balcony. This includes cigarette butts, which can be
very damaging to the balconies below, as well as the cars parked on the 4th
floor of the garage.

Trash Chute

Garbage chute rooms shall be kept neat.

Never empty ashtrays into the chute.

Kitty litter should be double-wrapped to prevent and
disposed of in the dumpster located in
the service hallway off of Division

Do not put broken furniture in the trash chute

Do not put objects with nails in the trash chute.

Do not place large boxes and/or objects heavier
than 5 lbs in the chute.

Moves and Deliveries

Moves and Deliveries
are allowed:
through Saturday:

8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 12:30
pm to 5:00 pm

Sunday and Holidays: Not Allowed

Please make sure that moves are completed in a
timely manner. Moves will not be allowed on Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.


Move Fee - $250

Damage Deposit - $300

The move fees are due for both move-ins and
move-outs, and must be received prior to any scheduled move. They should be provided to Management on two
separate checks made out to “The LaSalle Private Residences”.

Residents moving in and out also must schedule freight
elevator time with Management. Management requests that these reservations are made well in advance of
the move, so the process can move as smoothly as possible. This is especially important for moves taking
place at the beginning and end of months.

proposed as a Planned Development, 11 stories (128’-6” feet) tall. The proposal
calls for 95 rental units, consisting of a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom
units. The project will provide 32 parking spaces and have 79 bicycle parking

include ground-floor commercial units. The parking garage, located on the
2nd floor, will now be accessed from the alley between State and Dearborn.
